The powerplant in question is a tried and tested 3.6-litre Pentastar V-6 producing 283 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque, which sends its power to the front wheels through a solid six-speed automatic transmission. As well as plenty of power, this impressive engine also turns out to be smooth, quiet and very refined.
